Chantelle - Francine cared for all 3 of my children from babies 

Francine and family have been a part of our family’s lives for the last 16 years. This setting is something special, they aren’t “just” childminders.. they are family and we couldn’t have asked for better for our children. My 16 year old still talks about the most amazing time he had there and the memories he’s made. Francine is always learning and developing as a care giver, she always has new ideas and adapts her practice to make sure every child is getting the best from the setting. There is so much fun, laughter and love in their home that I’m sure my children preferred it there than at home! I’ve always felt that my children were safe and well cared for. Francine and David are wonderful; they took amazing care of my daughter from 1 year old. It wasn't easy because Suzanne only speaks Polish and can be quite challenging, but thanks to Francine, she learned to use English beautifully and now speaks it correctly and elegantly. Suzanne had a wonderful time with Francine, and I never had to worry about her safety for a single moment. I am incredibly grateful to Francine and David for everything they have done for Suzanne. Francine and her family have been caring for my son for 5 years now picking him up from school. He loves being able to play with the dogs and sit and cuddle them, he loves dancing around the living room and singing with Francine, he says she's the best. I was nervous when I first sent my son due to not really knowing them but I honestly had nothing to worry about, he absolutely loves going and Francine's family looking after him, I cant wait for my second son to experience the love and care when he's school age.  Francine, I could not recommend you highly enough, you're just the best xx
